We have tried to answer the most common questions.
What is the Kinetic Carving membership?
For $30 a month you get 14 download credits, access to the full design library, the member forum and private video channel, the job pricing tool, and a personal and commercial license on everything you download. Cancel anytime.
How many credits do I get each month?
14 credits every month. 1 SVG costs 1 credit and 1 STL costs 3 credits, so you can mix and match how you spend them.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over up to a total of 28, so a slow month is never wasted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It is $30 a month and you can cancel anytime from your account. No contracts and no cancellation fee.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Your credits are never taken away. They stay on your account and become usable again if you subscribe again later.
What happens to files I already downloaded if I cancel?
Files you have downloaded are yours to keep forever. You can re-download them anytime, even after cancelling.
How do downloads work?
Click any file and download it instantly with credits. No checkout. 1 SVG is 1 credit and 1 STL is 3 credits.
Can I re-download a file I already got?
Yes. Re-downloading a file you already own is always free and available anytime from My Library.
What file formats are included?
Every design includes a Lined SVG (vector paths, best for CNC and laser cutting), a Filled SVG (solid shapes, best for laser engraving and cloud software like Easel or Glowforge), and a high-resolution Transparent PNG (best for image workflows and apparel). EPS, DXF and PDF are available on request.
What machines and software do your files work with?
Our files work with LightBurn, Vectric (VCarve and Aspire), Glowforge, xTool, Easel, Carbide Create and more. Every download includes a file guide with a full compatibility chart and the recommended file type for your machine.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. Every download includes a personal and commercial license, so you can sell the finished pieces you carve, cut, or print.
Can I share or resell the files themselves?
No. The license covers the finished products you make. Redistributing or reselling the digital files themselves is not permitted.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our files are delivered instantly as digital downloads, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. If you run into a problem with a file, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Is Kinetic Carving veteran-owned?
Yes. Kinetic Carving is a veteran-owned shop. Every file is drawn for real machines with clean toolpaths and no cleanup needed.
