Every design file you obtain from Kinetic Carving comes with this license, whether you bought it, downloaded it with credits, or received it free. Kinetic Carving keeps ownership of the design. You are licensed to use it, not sold it.

You may:

• Use the files to make physical items for yourself and as gifts.
• Make and sell finished physical products made from the files, such as carved, cut, engraved or printed pieces, with no limit on the number of items.
• Resize, modify or combine the designs to make your own finished physical products.
• Use the files for commissioned physical work you make for a client.

You may not:

• Resell, share, upload, distribute, or otherwise provide the digital files (or modified versions of them) to anyone else. This applies to all formats, including SVG, STL, PNG, DXF, LBRN2 and any other format we provide.
• Sell or give away the designs as digital products, templates, printables or cutting files.
• Use a design, or anything confusingly similar, as a logo, trademark or brand identity.
• Use the files, images or catalog to train, fine-tune or build any machine-learning or image-generation system.
• Imply that Kinetic Carving endorses you or your products.

Duration. This license is permanent for files you have obtained, and continues after a membership ends. It is personal to you: one person, or one business with one workshop. It can't be transferred. If you break it, the license for the affected files ends.

Official insignia and third-party marks. Some designs depict military units, agencies or other organizations. This license covers our artwork only. It gives no rights in anyone else's trademarks, insignia, badges or seals. You are responsible for making sure your use and any sale of finished items comply with the law, including restrictions on reproducing official insignia, badges and seals.
