For everyone. The Maker Directory lists independent makers so you can find someone to make an item. Makers are independent businesses and individuals, not Kinetic Carving employees, agents or partners.

• Kinetic Carving does not take part in, supervise, pay for, insure or guarantee any job arranged through the directory.
• Any agreement, payment, delivery or dispute is solely between you and the maker.
• A "verified" badge means we checked the maker's online presence when they applied. It is not a guarantee of their identity, quality, licensing, insurance or reliability.
• Do your own checks, get written quotes, and use a payment method that protects you.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, Kinetic Carving is not liable for anything a maker does or fails to do.

For makers who list. By applying, you confirm that:

1. The information and photos you submit are accurate and yours to share. You own them or have permission to use them, and they don't infringe anyone's rights.
2. You agree we may publish your listing, including the business name, description, location, contact details, business license number and photos you submit, and may display and promote it on our sites and social channels. Your contact details will be public. Only submit details you are happy for anyone to see.
3. You are responsible for your work, your pricing, your taxes, any licenses or insurance your work requires, and complying with the law. This includes restrictions on reproducing official insignia, badges and seals, and on anyone else's trademarks or copyrights.
4. You will treat customers honestly and lawfully, and not use the directory for spam, harassment or fraud.
5. You understand the Maker Notice: anyone can contact you through your listing. Verify the legitimacy of a contact before clicking links, sharing information or starting work.
6. Using our designs for commissions is covered by the File License. You may make and sell physical items from files you have obtained, but not share the files with customers.
7. We may approve, decline, edit, pause or remove any listing at our discretion, including for complaints or inaccurate information. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing contact@kineticcarving.com.
8. Emails. We will email you about your application and your listing, as the registration form says. If we send you news or offers, every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
